Contributions
Contribution submission (Oral Communications or Poster)
01. Contributions will be considered on the basis of a 3-page summary for an Oral Communication and of a 1-page summary for a Poster; which have as deadline March 31st, 2018.
02. The Scientific Committee will issue a decision before May 31st. If accepted, you must submit your complete contribution in the form of an article that must be 12 pages at most, in the case of an Oral Communication, and 3 pages at most in the case of a Poster. The article’s deadline is August 31st.
03. Please use the ETM6 template to write down your contribution (article or poster).

04. When presenting a contribution, please specify corresponding theme and contribution type by titling your archive as follows: “Surname_OC_Theme code” or “Family Name_P_Theme code”, in the case of an Oral Communication or a Poster respectively.
05. Contributions must be submitted in .pdf or .docx formats.
06. Each author is allowed to present one Oral Communication and one Poster at most. (S)he can co-author of any number of contributions.
07. All contributions must be written and presented in either English, Spanish or French.
08. Presenters are asked to use two of the conference’s languages during presentations, one orally and a different one for the written text they might project.
09. Reduced registrations for ETM6 must be accomplished before September 30th, 2018.
